WELCOME TO HJNY! EVERY MONTH WE PRESENT A NEW EDITION. THE NEXT EDITION IS ON 27TH. EVERYTHING JUNE MADE IN NEW YORK IS FILLED WITH LOVE & HONESTY.

Welcome
Welcome to My Diary! I’m June Kim who works a fine jewelry designer living in NYC. After more than 10 years of designing and finally launching my jewelry line. This collection is a mix of sparkle, stories, and a whole lot of heart. Every piece is inspired by my own journey—the highs, the lows, the laughs, the tears—and how creating jewelry helped me dance through it all. Designing isn’t just my job, it’s my joy, my energy, and my way of turning life into something beautiful. I hope each piece brings my clients a one light, a little love, and a whole lot of good vibes in their journey..

Life Project
In 2004, I was given the incredible opportunity to study jewelry design in New York—a true honor that changed my life. One of the most unforgettable lessons came from Professor Maurice Galli (Former senior jewelry designer,Harry Winston) , who once told me, “Your designs are full of color—so creative and unique. But don’t use too many. Choose a few and let them shine. Create your own color through design.” That advice has stayed with me ever since.
My favorite classes were gemology and 3D rendering—I found them so fun and fascinating. The most important things I learned were about dimension and simplicity. Professor Galli’s way of teaching helped me find a clear focus in my creative process.
And there’s one moment I’ll never forget: he once said to me, “I wish I could design like you.” Those words have always stayed in my heart, giving me comfort and strength, especially during the times I doubted myself.

Deam Come True
I was fortunate to see my hard work pay off, allowing me to grow as a designer and do what I love. Living in New York deeply influenced my style—its unique colors, architecture, and energy shaped my bold, structured designs. I stayed closely connected to trends while staying true to my voice, which led to interest from many retailers and bulk orders from buyers who connected with my vision.
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with top manufacturers in Vietnam, Korea, China, and New York, managing both production and design. Working with these amazing teams in some of the best locations has helped me bring each piece to life, from concept to creation.

Childhood
I loved spending time with my dad, especially when we played the piano together. He had a deep love for classical music—Mozart, Beethoven—those sounds filled our home and became part of my world. Because of him, I open listen to classical music to this day. I’ve always been drawn to people, just like he was. I found joy in caring for others, in small everyday ways. I grew up surrounded by his love, and that love continues to shape who I am now days.
